One of the most important meals that anyone can have is the breakfast - so high protein cereal are of vital importance. We know that breakfast is often referred to as the most important meal of the day, and with good reason. Breakfast is what kick starts our metabolism and makes it less likely we will be collecting food for the whole day.

Unfortunately for us will make not only an old breakfast. There needs to be healthy. The problem is that many of the breakfasts "traditional" are very unhealthy. Instead of giving us high protein cereal what we need to continue the day or are loaded with fat or sugar and carbohydrates that will make us a peak and then crash - and reach a chocolate bar.
